PERFIL DEL PUESTO Misión del Puesto. Asegurar la operatividad y estabilidad de la plataforma IoT actual, liderar la migración tecnológica hacia la nueva arquitectura (Thingsboard) y gestionar de forma integral (End-to-End) la implementación técnica de proyectos para clientes. Responsabilidades Clave Liderazgo en Migración y Proyectos: Planificar y ejecutar la migración a la nueva plataforma, garantizando la integridad de los datos y cronogramas. Gestión de Incidencias: Supervisar el ciclo de vida de incidencias técnicas, priorizando por criticidad y SLAs. Interlocución Técnica: Traducir necesidades de negocio a requerimientos técnicos para el equipo de desarrollo. Supervisión Técnica: Validar entregables de proveedores. Requisitos Técnicos (Perfil 'Hands-on') Supervisión de Código (Imprescindible): Node-RED, Python y JavaScript (Capacidad de lectura y validación). QA y Testing: Dominio de Postman. Gestión de Datos: Consultas en pgAdmin / SQL. Plataforma IoT: Conocimiento funcional avanzado de Thingsboard. Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en Soporte Nivel 3, Implementación o Gestión de Proyectos IT. Formación e Idiomas Titulación: Flexible (Ingeniería o FP Superior), priorizando capacidad resolutiva. Idiomas: Inglés Técnico (Lectura). Inglés B2 (Hablado/Escrito). Competencias (Soft Skills) Traducción Técnico-Funcional (Negocio - Técnico). Autonomía Resolutiva (Investigación de causa raíz). Diplomacia y Gestión de Expectativas.
