The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA solutions, and proven experience managing large-scale ERP projects across multiple business units. Job Role/ Position name: SAP S/4HANA senior project manager Seniority level (New entry/ Intermmidiate/ Advanced/ Specialist/Expert/ Senior/ Supervisor/Manager/Master): Senior Required experience (number of years)/certifications: 10 years SAP project management,PMP, SAP Activate certification Skills required (must have): "Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration points. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Manage full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project. Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technical teams. Lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and budgets. Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control. Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing phases, data migration, and cutover activities. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance standards. SAP Activate certified Spanish native and Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus." Additional skills required (nice to have): PMP, PRINCE2 certification highly desirable.
