Lo que harás día a día Contactar y asesorar a futuros estudiantes por teléfono y correo electrónico con nuestro sistema CTI. Brindar un acompañamiento personalizado, ayudando a cada estudiante a elegir la formación que mejor se adapte a sus objetivos. Gestionar leads desde el primer contacto hasta la matriculación, asegurando una experiencia de calidad. Hacer seguimiento de oportunidades en nuestro CRM (Salesforce) y apoyar en tareas administrativas durante el proceso de admisión. Buscamos personas que… Tengas al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas telefónicas o atención comercial. Domines el español (nativo o equivalente) e inglés mínimo B2. Manejes CRM (Salesforce o similares) y sistemas CTI (Genesys, Avaya…). Seas proactivo/a, orientado/a a resultados y disfrutes trabajando en equipo con actitud positiva. Valoraremos especialmente Experiencia en el sector educativo o entornos de Call Center. Nivel de Idiomas: C1 inglés. Qué te ofrecemos Contrato indefinido Salario competitivo: € fijos + variable por consecución de objetivos Horario flexible e híbrido: L-J 12:00-21:30 / V 15:30-21:30, posibilidad de sábados con compensación, y modelo híbrido tras periodo de prueba (3 días presenciales + 2 remotos).
