We are looking for a quality engineer in Barcelona area. Tasks & Responsibilities: • Analyze new products specifications. • Prepare and verify approval reports. • Ensure compliance with quality regulations. • Preparation of technical documentation (manuals, management guidelines, • Coordinate the realization and implementation of the FMEA process. • Problem analysis and improvement proposals • Analysis and management of claims of the purchased parts • Action plans follow-up derived from the corrective measures to be implemented in the purchasing parts. Skills & Knowledge: • Ability to solve problems using quality tools • Experience in the automotive sector, oriented to quality regulations (such as VDA), part manufacturing processes. • FMEA and control plan • Problem Solving Techniques (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc) • Compliance with ISO 9001 regulations • IATF 16949 • Knowledge of 8D • English (B2), German desirable.
