For more details, please visit our website – .An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.About the role:To support the T&L Projects team on SAP system, coordination with other departments by facilitating/keeping updates with the ongoing T&L Projects documentation requirements/requisitionsKey ResponsibilitiesReview quotations received from Project Managers and initiate purchase requisitions accordingly.Monitor purchase order releases for ongoing projects and proactively follow up with Central Procurement.Track all raised purchase requisitions within the system and ensure regular updates.Coordinate with Engineering Stores to facilitate the creation of GRNs and service entries for completed jobs.Liaise with the Head Office Shared Services team to process invoices related to completed project work.Coordinate monthly Project Performance Reviews and Health & Safety meetings.Manage and arrange visit visas for foreign consultants and engineers.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.1+ year of relevant professional experience.Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Almarai offers a competitive package, generous leave, medical coverage, discretionary bonus, training, and development etc.This is a great opportunity to join a successful and expanding global business, offering an excellent remuneration and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
