Based in Malta, Barcelona, London and with operations extending over several countries.Role OverviewWe are seeking an Affiliate Operations Executive to support and strengthen our growing Affiliate Program. This role works closely with our existing Affiliate Manager and plays a crucial part in ensuring operational excellence, partner performance, and continuous program growth. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone with experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing both operational tasks and partner relationships.What you'll be doingAffiliate Operations & AdministrationManage day‑to‑day affiliate administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations across the program.Review and approve incoming affiliate applications, ensuring quality and compliance.Maintain affiliate records, contracts, and deal terms within our CRM, CMS, and affiliate platform (NetRefer).Oversee invoicing,
