Technical Lead / JavaEn Arelance sabemos que las personas son el activo más importante dentro de una empresa y por tanto invertimos muchos esfuerzos en buscar los mejores profesionales para nuestros clientes, y en ofrecer a nuestros candidatos los mejores proyectos.En este momento, buscamos un/a Líder técnico que actúe como enlace entre los equipos funcionales y de desarrollo.¿Qué buscamos en ti?- Al menos 4 años de experiencia como líder técnico- Experiencia imprescindible en gestión de equipos técnicos.- Dominio de Java- Experiencia previa en sector bancario, valorándose especialmente proyectos relacionados con admisión de productos de activo.- Nivel de inglés: B2/C1Tareas:- Actuar como enlace entre los equipos funcionales y de desarrollo.- Traducir requisitos de negocio en soluciones técnicas claras y bien definidas.- Asegurar que los entregables cumplan con los estándares de calidad y la arquitectura establecida.- Liderar la definición de contratos técnicos, buenas prácticas y patrones de diseño.- Garantizar la robustez, mantenibilidad y escalabilidad de las soluciones.- Gestionar y coordinar equipos técnicos.- Colaborar estrechamente con distintos stakeholders¿Qué ofrecemos?- Incorporación en un proyecto estable- Contratación indefinida en Arelance- Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido Madrid o Barcelona- Horario intensivo los meses de julio, agosto y hasta el 15 de septiembre, también todos los viernes del año- Acceso a formaciónSi tienes interés en una gran oportunidad como ésta, inscríbeteQueremos conocerte Sólo se valoran candidatos con permiso de trabajo y residencia en España Java,
