Candidates are required to live in this area. Job Overview We have a vacancy for a motivated professional to join our Spanish Hospital Sales team to contribute to the continued success of our growing global business. This role involves selling to hospital accounts and meeting with key decision makers to drive clinical practice change. You will become a trusted clinical advisor and offer your customers a portfolio of dedicated products and solution for treating respiratory conditions. This role involves building solid, long-term relationships with customers (medical specialists, nurses, managers) and sales prospects to gain recognition and trust in the company. Responsibilities Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targets Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers, and strategic partners within the territory Advise, support, guide, and convincingly inform doctors, nurses, and technicians in hospitals and clinics about the quality of our products and services Deliver presentations and training sessions and contribute to the organization of symposia and conferences Track opportunities, sales, and monitor results with disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities Contribute, in close collaboration with Customer Service and other professionals in our organization, to the continuous improvement of our services, always keeping the needs of the patient and the client(s) central Qualifications A commercially oriented professional with clinical/hospital experience. Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of people and focused on optimal service delivery Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory Spanish-Catalonian and fluent English are required. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: To be discussed during the interview.
