The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent support to end users in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do Provide daily IT support to employees, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and access issues. Maintain, prepare, and configure IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices) for new and existing employees. Set up, maintain, and administer network connections and devices. Manage and support MDM solutions on at least two of the three major operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment (user management, licenses, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Work with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently. Set up and maintain meeting rooms (hardware, conferencing systems, Teams/Zoom integration, AV equipment). Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of internal IT operations. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with end users and team members. Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations. Good understanding of networking fundamentals. Hands-on experience with MDM tools (any platform). Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and/or macOS operating systems. Basics of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.). Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Atlassian products. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.
