Ser el punto de contacto principal para los clientes antes, durante y después del evento.Supervisar el montaje, desarrollo y desmontaje de los eventos.Gestionar proveedores externos (decoración, audiovisuales, entretenimiento, etc.).Elaborar cronogramas y hojas de ruta para cada evento.Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y servicio.Realizar informes post-evento y análisis de resultados.Apoyar en la elaboración de presupuestos y control de costes.
