We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What we look for?Responsibilities Ensuring the operation of core banking applications in respect to application management (2nd level support)Processing of incident tickets generated by monitoring systems and the local service desk within SLAsPerforming coordination / communication tasks between incident managers, applications service owners, 3rd-level support and other IT / Business stakeholdersTakeover of periodical on-call duty (weekly 7x24)Administration of change requests, for application related process fulfillmentParticipation in periodic releases on weekendsEngage in projects relating to operational aspects for existing or newly integrated applicationsProcess optimization and automation of repetitive tasks including handover to L1 (Control Center)Qualifications Completed IT training (Degree in Computer Science or other IT related certification)At least 2 years of professional experience in application supportGood Unix know-how (shell scripting is an advantage)Knowledge of Windows OS at server levelKnowledge of Java application server / database / AWA is an advantageIdeally, experience in banking with a knowledge of financial productsProcess-oriented and analytical approachGood written and spoken English, German an advantageLocation and Relocation Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH)Feel free to apply if you are also open to relocationWhat can we offer? ✈️ 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days❤️ Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances).Free access to several training platformsProfessional stability and career plansUST also, compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals.The option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year.Real Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime…)UST Club Platform discounts and gym Access discountsIf you would like to know more, don’t hesitate to apply and we’ll get in touch to fill you in detail.
