YOUR MISSION Efficiently manage accounts payable to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining precise records, and optimizing cash flow through the receipt, verification, recording, and reconciliation of invoices, as well as ongoing communication with vendors to maintain strong commercial relationships and ensure regulatory compliance. WHAT YOU'LL DO Invoice Receipt and Validation: Receive, scan, and validate vendor invoices, matching them against purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy of amounts, dates, and terms. Accounting Entry: Record approved invoices in the accounting system, assigning the correct general ledger accounts. Reconciliation: Review and reconcile vendor
