Actualmente, buscamos un/a **Accounting Supervisor** para nuestras oficinas centrales en Manresa (Barcelona). Si tienes más 4 años de experiência en el puesto, podrías ser la persona perfecta para unirte a nosotros
Tu principal misión será facilitar el control presupuestario de cada área de la compañía, contabilizando facturas de proveedores, con su correspondiente desglose analítico.
**Como Accounting Supervisor, serás responsable de**:
- Gestionar y supervisar las auditorías de cuentas anuales/informe de estados no financieros.
- Ser el enlace y preparar toda la documentación requerida por parte de los auditores.
- Gestionar las firmas por parte de los Miembros del Consejo de Administración
- Gestionar la cartera de proveedores y clientes.
- Controlar el pago a proveedores para el cumplimiento de los pactos establecidos.
- Negociar los plazos y formas de pago.
- Negociar nuevos vencimientos en caso de tensiones de tesorería o impago.
- Asegurar la implementación del protocolo de impagos/aplazamientos.
- Elaborar un Informe de Impagados con una periodicidad quincenal para el Comité Ejecutivo.
- Supervisar y preparar los estados financieros.
- Revisar y efectuar análisis de cuentas y determinación de saldos.
- Conciliar las cuentas fiscales, y controlar y revisar las operaciones Inter compañía.
- Establecer los criterios contables/fiscales en el registro contable de las sociedades participadas
- Coordinar al equipo de técnicos/as contables en las tareas que afectan al área de clientes y proveedores.
**¿Qué aptitudes y actitudes buscamos?**
- Formación universitaria o grado superior en administración de empresa, finanzas o similar.
- 4 años o más de experiência en departamento de contabilidad, valorable experiência en gestoría o auditoría.
- Conocimiento avanzado en ofimática y planes generales contables.
- Tener un buen nível de castellano (nativo o bilingüe)
- Tener nível de inglés intermedio (mínimo B2).
