This role is based near Barcelona and offers a great opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's operational efficiency.The company is a well-established organization in the industrial/manufacturing sector, recognized for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence. With a medium-sized structure, it provides opportunities for professional growth and the ability to work on impactful projects.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and improve business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address process improvement opportunities.Define and document business requirements for technology solutions.Coordinate with the Technology department to implement process changes.Ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals and strategies.Monitor and report on the performance of implemented processes.Provide training and support to teams on new processes and technologies.Act as a point of contact for process-related inquiries and issues.QualificationsStrong knowledge of business process management principles.SAP project experience and other tools.Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.Proficiency in leveraging technology to optimize business processes.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong communication and documentation skills.A proactive and results-driven approach to work.BenefitsCompetitive annual salary.Additional 10% benefits package.2 days week homeoffice.Other social benefits.Opportunities to work in the industrial/manufacturing industry.A supportive and professional company culture.Additional InformationDesired Skills and ExperienceStrong knowledge of business process management principles.
