Importante empresa de ingeniería y project management, con 25 años de trayectoria, especializada en proyectos integrales de edificación e instalaciones, brindando soluciones innovadoras y personalizadas para los sectores industrial, logístico y terciario.


En dependencia de la Dirección de Proyectos, el Construction Project Manager Seleccionado desarrollará las siguientes funciones:

  • Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias en obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
  • Implementar el cronograma del proyecto y realizar ajustes según sea necesario para cumplir los plazos.
  • Controlar y administrar el presupuesto del proyecto, gestionando costos y optimizando recursos.
  • Dirigir y supervisar al equipo de obra, subcontratistas y proveedores.
  • Asegurar una comunicación efectiva entre todas las partes involucradas en el proyecto.
  • Garantizar que la obra cumpla con las normativas locales, legales y ambientales.
  • Supervisar la implementación de medidas de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo.
  • Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el avance del proyecto, incluyendo hitos, costos y desafíos.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica y administrativa del proyecto.
  • Identificar y gestionar riesgos durante la ejecución del proyecto.
  • Proponer soluciones efectivas ante imprevistos que puedan surgir en el desarrollo de la obra.

Participar en proyectos singulares y a gran escala en el sector industrial / logístico.

Gestión de proyectos representado a la propiedad.

Paquete salarial en fusión a la experiencia aportada por el candidato.
