You are not a traditional consultant; you are a technical product manager and a strategic operator who owns the success of the AI in the real world. You will bridge the gap between our core R&D and the client’s operational reality, ensuring our agents aren't just "intelligent," but culturally and operationally integrated.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end delivery of AI agent implementations for enterprise clients—from translating vague business needs into technical timelines and deliverables to ensuring every launch happens on time and at quality.Lead large, multi‑stakeholder implementations —run cross‑functional meetings involving C‑suite executives and IT leads, own the project roadmap (milestones, dependencies, owners), and keep all parties aligned and accountable.Guide clients through the full lifecycle —onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion—driving long‑term impact and ensuring the AI provides measurable ROI.Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise customers —manage expectations, create alignment, and become their trusted partner in AI transformation.Drive both leadership and execution —directly manage programs while establishing and scaling the local Client Success, Implementation, and Program Management functions.Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts —ensure collaboration runs smoothly and issues are resolved before they escalate, often acting as a "human‑in‑the‑loop" for complex cultural nuances.Take a hands‑on role in delivery —oversee configuration, testing, optimization, and integrations (APIs, Webhooks, LLM prompting) to make sure agents perform flawlessly in production.Manage risk, handle escalations, and remove blockers to keep programs on track and clients confident in high‑pressure environments.Requirements8+ years in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Technical Customer Success within enterprise SaaS, AI, or high‑growth tech environments (e.g., Palantir, Salesforce, or top‑tier consulting).Proven record of hands‑on delivery in complex, technical enterprise programs—you have a "get‑it‑done" mindset and are comfortable troubleshooting technical blockers, not just coordinating tasks.Demonstrated AI Consulting abilities: Experience in conversation design, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.4+ years in leadership roles, with experience hiring, managing, and scaling Program, Implementation, or Customer Success teams.Experience building new functions or operations in growth‑stage companies or helping a product enter a new regional market.Excellent English (written and spoken) plus fluency in at least one local language.Strong technical acumen —you’re comfortable discussing APIs, cloud infrastructure, LLM behavior, and enterprise IT integrations.
