Overview Manager D&T Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Location: Barcelona, Spain. The Manager D&T Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is accountable for the design, implementation, and maintenance of MES (Manufacturing Executed System) solutions tailored to the needs of (mainly) cosmetics & food manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities Position the MES technology (Siemens Opcenter Process) as a pivotal component of the group\'s manufacturing architecture. Develop and implement domain goals (function blocks) aligned with company strategy. Secure processes to track progress towards functionalities implementation and communicate features implementations to stakeholders. Manage internal and remote IS resources. Plan and organize the different associated activities, project and/or operational WBS (work breakdown structure). Ensure compliance with policies and regulations related to the manufacturing area and software development. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor\'s degree in computer science. 15 years\' experience in the Manufacturing Execution System and Fine Chemicals Industry. 10 years managing a domain of expertise in an international environment. Ability to implement scoping definition, task scheduling, budget management processes and to organize these tasks/activities into a logical sequence. Ability to manage external vendors and/or partners and assess quality of work. Knowledge of project management and continuous improvements methodologies. Ability to manage and oversee the performance of internal and remote IS resources. Ability to develop himself/herself and the team\'s skillset to support the solution within the enterprise.
