This role demands a comprehensive grasp of manufacturing requirements, as well as a proven track record of managing parallel 6-12 months initiative. You will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of MES systems.Your Key ResponsibilitiesPosition the MES technology (Siemens Opcenter Process) as a pivotal component of the group's manufacturing architecture. Developing and implementing domain goals (function blocks) aligned with company strategy. Securing processes to track progress towards functionalities implementation and to communicate features implementations to stakeholders. Managing both internal and remote IS resources. Planning and organizing the different associated activities, project and/or operational WBS (work breakdown structure). Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations related to manufacturing area and software development. Ability to implement scoping definition, task scheduling, budget management processes and to organize these tasks / activities into a logical sequence. Ability to manage external vendors and/or partners and assess quality of work. Knowledge of project management and continuous improvements methodologies Ability to manage and oversee the performance of internal and remote IS resources Ability to develop his/her and team skillset to support the solution within the entreprise.
