We’re scaling our go‑to‑market team and looking for a high‑performing Salesforce Technical Lead & Architect to spearhead the evolution of our technical landscape.The OpportunityBuild the foundation of our ecosystem. You will be the visionary behind our core development architecture, not just managing a team. Define libraries, frameworks, and modular standards that empower developers and streamline our platform.ResponsibilitiesArchitect a modular, high‑performance architecture based on reusable, scalable, and maintainable components.Lead and mentor a high‑performing Salesforce developer team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.Define the "Dev Core" – internal frameworks, common libraries, and coding standards for all future projects.Drive the shift toward logical separation of modules using Unlocked and Managed Packages (2GP).Oversee the CI/CD pipeline, version control strategy, and lifecycle automation for seamless, frequent deployments.Collaborate with Product and Enterprise Architecture teams to align technical roadmaps with business evolution.What You BringDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.+5 years of deep Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).+2 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.Proven track record of designing distributed architectures and shared libraries.The Technical ToolkitExpertise in SFDX, Dev Hub, and the Salesforce Metadata Model.Mastery of packaging (Unlocked/Managed Packages) and CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions or similar).Deep understanding of SOLID principles and interface‑oriented design.Experience building internal frameworks that other developers love to use.Bonus Points ForContributions to technical communities or public repositories.Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward it.Who You AreStrategic thinker who sees the big picture and understands the impact of technical debt.Mentor who enjoys leveling up teammates’ skills.Communicator who can translate complex architectural concepts into clear, actionable strategies.Why Join Us?We offer a collaborative environment where your architectural decisions have a direct impact on global scale.
