Company DescriptionThe group develops, owns, and operates high-qualityAfter establishing a solid footprint in France (+1.400 hotel rooms operated), Edgar Suites is now accelerating its expansion in Spain and Portugal, focusing on value-added investments, operated under a long-term ownership and operational strategy.We are looking for an Investment & Expansion Analyst with 3 to 5 years of professional experience toThe role combines investmentanalysis, real estate execution, and operational coordination, with a strong exposure to the full lifecycleof hospitality real estate transactions, primarily own-balance-sheet investments (some leaseThe analyst will work closely with Edgar Suites’ Senior Management and external advisors, from dealThis position offers an opportunity at the intersection of institutional real estate investment and high-growth hospitality operations, combining significant investment volumes and institutional-level rigor withThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Madrid.Local team of three in a fast-evolving context.--Deal Sourcing & Market analysisSupport the identification and screening of real estate investment opportunities in Spain and Portugal (more countries could come up)Conduct market and competitive analysis with a focus on hospitality and urban assetsPrepare initial investment teasers and opportunity assessmentsFinancial Analysis~ Build and review detailed financial models (Excel) including acquisition pricing, development /capex budgets, operating, fiscal and financing assumptions, returns analysis (IRR, NPV, sensitivities)~ Urban Planning & Technical FeasibilitiesAnalyse the feasibility of projects from an urban planning, zoning, and architectural perspectiveCoordinate with architects, urban planners, city halls and technical advisors to assess: permitted uses, change of use potential, licensing and planning constraints, layouts optimisationCoordinate and follow up on full due diligence processes: legal, technical, urban planning, fiscal, etc.Work hand in hand with Edgar Sutes financial team for local financing solutionsPrepare investment memos and presentations for internal committeesSupport senior management team during internal decision-making processesPrevious experience in the Spanish real estate market is a plusAbility to work on complex projects with multiple stakeholdersFluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)French, Portuguese or Italian are a plusExcellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, Google WorkspaceComfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and analysis
