HubSpot CRM Specialist

Wall Street English is looking for a HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team in Barcelona, Spain.Reporting to the CRM Product Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with our Franchise partners and corporate businesses as a valued resource and trusted advisor, helping their business grow by leveraging their CRM platform and associated MarTech tools. You will be a creative problem solver, have a consultative approach, and a deep and thorough knowledge of how HubSpot works and its integration capabilities.What You Will Be DoingMaster HubSpot and CRM ToolsDevelop a deep knowledge of HubSpot software to remove technical barriers for our partners.Help partners exploit a variety of tools within HubSpot and through integrations to improve performance.Serve as a role model and trusted advisor on the team, showcasing ownership of even the most complex CRM issues.Support and Advise PartnersPartner with customers to effectively resolve issues and instill best practices.Identify high-value business problems and scope solutions to address them.Motivate and guide partners in adopting CRM solutions to drive business growth.Collaborate Across TeamsWork with Product, Technology, and Data teams to diagnose and fix software issues.Identify opportunities to enhance the CRM product experience for customers.Collaborate cross-functionally within Wall Street English to engage customers more deeply with HubSpot CRM.Drive Continuous ImprovementApply innovative solutions through process design and creative problem-solving.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM and integrated tools.Recommend and implement improvements using internal and external features, including AI where relevant.Your Profile3–5 years working with HubSpot (Pro or above Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs) with strong applied knowledge of core featuresExperience with SaaS solutions, AI, and third-party CRM integrationsCustomer success experienceBachelor’s degreeFluent in EnglishNice to HaveHubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Automation) are highly regardedIdeally proficient in other languages, i.e., Spanish, Italian, Chinese, ArabicExperience working across different countries in Europe, Asia, or LATAMWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleOrganized and proactive: Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take ownership of challenging scenarios to resolution.Curious and innovative: Eager to learn, grow, and contribute new ideas; motivated by problem-solving and creative solutions, including using AI; self-motivated and consistently curious.Effective communicator and customer-focused : Strong communication and writing skills- clear, concise, friendly, and professional; motivated by interacting with partners worldwide.Technically adept : Comfortable with software concepts, technical troubleshooting, and applying technical and strategic thinking to solve high-value business problems.Commitment to Diversity, Equity & InclusionWe foster a work environment that is inclusive as well as diverse, where we reflect our customers and students, and where our people can be themselves.
