In 2022, EU Business School joined forces with OMNES Education Group.ABOUT THE JOB :The IT support will be in charge of assisting students, staff, faculty members and other EU stakeholders; with their IT requests and to solve any issue they may meet.Reporting to the IT Director, this role is key to maintain systems, network, devices and all what required for the smooth work of all EU members.Main responsibilitiesNetwork administration in our Barcelona campusesHelpdesk to staff, professors and students.Administration of Office 365 and other platforms managed in the department.ABOUT YOU :CFGS Administration of IT systems or similarGood command of English to provide support to our international base of users2 Years + of experience in similar positionsGood communication skillsCustomer service abilitiesGood at multitasking and establishing prioritiesWHAT WE OFFER :Immediate start.Full-time, Monday to Friday (afternoon shift: 12 noon to 9.00 pm)Permanent contract.On-site job in our Barcelona Campus.International environment.Salary to be established according to experience and qualificationsPlease include your CV in English to applyAt EU Business School we prioritize your personal and professional development, offering a supportive environment to help you thrive.
