Operational Technology Security Expert Apply for the Operational Technology Security Expert role at Gartner. Write high-quality, clear, actionable, "must-have research" based on proven Gartner methodologies. Be an industry-recognized expert on the architecture and implementation of cyber-physical systems security both in traditional industrial control system/operational technology environments and in a post-Purdue Model world where new CPS such as robots and autonomous systems increasingly deploy. Become an expert on the cyber-physical systems security industry, identifying and evaluating solutions vendors and understanding emerging trends in the market. Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to their designated content area. Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the research community. Must be familiar with key industry standards related to CPS security risks such as NERC-CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and C2M2. Must be familiar with CPS security vendors and deployment best practices. can immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders. Skilled at distilling complex concepts into concise advice, and successful at developing and defending research positions. Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team.
