CCS Agile Master

The Agile Master is responsible for facilitating the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies within teams, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality products. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to coach and mentor teams towards achieving Agile excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices, helping them to understand and adopt Agile principles and improve their performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Impediment Removal: Identify and help remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress, working collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
- Agile Advocacy: Act as an advocate for Agile methodologies within the organization, promoting Agile values and principles to foster a culture of agility.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of Agile practices and team performance.
- Team Development: Support the development of high-performing teams by fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Agile Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, bringing new ideas and approaches to the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an Agile role, such as Agile Master, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience in implementing Agile practices.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is preferred.
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus.
