Job title Operational Excellence Leader - Qualicaps Operations BG Health & Pharma Solutions Reporting function OPERATIONS Job name Operational Excellence Qualicaps Operations Main responsibilities Design a performance continuous improvement roadmap/program for Qualicaps operations network (capsules and equipment) based on synthesis of existing good practices @ Qualicaps Operations and existing good practices existing in the rest of Roquette Ensure support for deployment of performance improvement roadmap in each plant, using a network of Operational excellence champions at site and giving practical support in each plant. Harmonize and optimize operating systems to ensure simple and efficient performance results consolidation and reporting. Ensure up-skilling of Qualicaps Operations workforce by defining tools and mindset requested for continuous improvement and deploying training to targeted operational workforce using the local Operational Excellence champions Develop and manage with influence the network of Operational Excellence resources at plant level. Main activities Coach and develop a team of Operational excellence champions across 8 different sites. Structure, formalize and roll out a continuous improvement program aiming to deploy tools/mindset for performance improvement across Qualicaps network in co-ordination with HPS BG and Roquette Operational excellence network. Structure and animate performance monitoring routines and governances allowing to cascade down objectives and gathering up results and actions across Qualicaps plants network. According to roadmap, drive key transformation initiatives related to continuous improvement aiming to increase number of people to participate to continuous improvement.
