Paradox is building a new category: an ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation so that people don’t just consume knowledge, but rewire who they are.You’ll be designing experiences, not lessons. This is a full-time position from our offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon or remotely anywhere in the world.ResponsibilitiesLearning Experience Architecture: Owns the full learning system, from architecture to execution.Design the journey, not just the content, with a science-backed but captivating approach for both scientists and non-scientists.Script learning experiences that engage heart and brain; ensure each word, exercise, and soundscape serves transformation.Lead end-to-end course design, scripting, copywriting, and creation of educational assets (modules, assessments, prompts, reflections, supplemental materials).Conduct desk and user research to inform goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure.Craft AI Conversations and Loops; write and optimize prompt chains; refine tone and flow for human, transformative exchanges.Review conversations with AI to refine agents; analyze, measure, and iterate for transformation and stickiness.Define KPIs of transformation (not just completion) and iterate on courses using learner data and performance metrics.Be obsessed with user problems: talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, and identify where transformation breaks.Apply principles from habit formation, self-determination theory, and behavioral triggers to drive daily practice and retention.Qualifications and Ideal CandidateExperience: 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).Shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results.Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.Proven track record designing and delivering digital learning experiences across asset types (video, articles, assessments, interactive experiences, etc.).Portfolio of cinematic or narrative-rich courses or learning programs.Strong writing and editorial skills; strong aesthetic sense for how a course feels.User and impact focused: thinking in outcomes, not outputs; transformation-minded.Digital and AI savvy; ability to build AI agents or demonstrate rapid learning to apply.Language: French native; English fluent.
