INSUD PHARMA believes in innovation and sustainable development.Ready to be a #Challenger?What are we looking for?We are incorporating a new INSUDER as aConsolidation Specialistto join the Finance team.The challengeWe are looking to strengthen our Consolidation & Accounting Policies team with a proactive and forward-thinking professional who combines solid technical expertise with a strong digital mindset. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the Group’s financial digital transformation, driving innovation and process optimization across all consolidation and reporting activities.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in thepreparation and consolidationof the Group’s financial statements and corporate reports, promoting automation and process digitalization. Design, propose, and implementinnovative technological solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data quality. Contribute tocorporate digital transformation projects , identifying improvement opportunities and supporting change management. Work closely withcross-functional teams(IT, Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, etc.) andbusiness unitsto ensure the integration, consistency, and evolution of financial information systems. Performmonthly financial reviewsof subsidiaries’ financial information, ensuring consistency and reliability of reported data. Ensureglobal compliancewith accounting standards (IFRS) and internal reporting policies and procedures. Support thepreparation of consolidated financial statementsand related disclosures. Act as akey point of contactfor subsidiaries on accounting and consolidation matters, coordinating with local finance teams and controllers. Collaborate withexternal auditors , providing documentation and support during quarterly reviews and the annual audit process.What do you need?3–5 years of experiencein similar roles within multinational environments, ideally in corporate consolidation or group reporting. Experience in a Big4 audit or advisory firm will be highly valued. Strong knowledge ofconsolidation principlesandIFRS standards . Analytical mindsetwith strategic vision to identify and implement process improvements through technology. Solid digital skills, with experience in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), AI-driven analytics, and automation solutions applied to finance processes. Knowledge of Python or other programming languages will be considered an asset(not mandatory). Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented , with the ability to adapt to evolving business environments. Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills , capable of collaborating across departments and leading cross-functional initiatives. Experience with SAP BPC or Hyperion is desirable . Degreein Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Fluent in English(both oral and written).
