This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern, cloud‑first corporate IT systems and to play a key role in shaping the evolution of our global IT landscape.As an integral part of our growing IT team, this role is ideal for an IT professional with industry experience who is eager to broaden their skillset, embrace new challenges, and contribute to a rapidly scaling organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of IT (UK) , you will support our global IT environment while providing dedicated onsite and remote support for our Málaga‑based employees and wider user community.What You'll Be DoingSupporting 800‑1000 users in a primarily remote, global environmentManaging the onboarding process for new startersActing as the first point of contact for IT issues across our estate, onsite and offsitePartnering with our Information Security team to roll out new initiativesUsing automation tools to streamline and enhance IT workflowsManaging IT Help Desk tickets and resolving issues within SLA timeframesOverseeing the offboarding process in alignment with company policiesEnsuring security and compliance across all company laptops and devicesCreating and maintaining IT procedures, reports, documentation, and user FAQsPlanning and implementing new systems within our expanding SaaS environmentSupporting and deploying solutions that enhance our hybrid working modelRequirements / What you'll bringStrong technical fluency, with the ability to learn new tools quickly using online resources and logical troubleshootingExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiencesProficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Windows 10/11, Azure AD), including basic administrationUnderstanding of fundamental networking concepts (IP addresses, subnets, TCP ports)Experience with PowerShell scripting (highly beneficial)Experience providing operational support to end usersKnowledge of Information Security best practicesAwareness of basic software engineering principlesNice to havePrevious experience in a similar IT Support or Operations roleExposure to Microsoft 365 and Azure AD cloud servicesExperience managing multiple SaaS platformsA hands‑on, proactive approach with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environmentAbove all, a strong desire to learn and grow – specific technologies matter less than your motivation and ability to pick them up quicklyBenefitsCompetitive salary & company bonusHoliday allowance + public holidays + your birthday offPrivate healthcareFree Calm app subscription (the #1 app for meditation, relaxation & sleep)Ongoing personal development opportunitiesGreat company‑wide socialsOur missionWe have one mission: to help businesses grow, to make data easier, and to make the world a better place.
