Overview Asabys Partners, a leading venture capital firm based in Barcelona, is launching a new fund dedicated to company creation originating from Spanish academia and selective seed investments in emerging biotech and medtech ventures. We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a new Partner to shape the strategy, build the next generation of disruptive companies, and drive the fund’s scientific and investment vision. Role Overview The Partner will play a central role in the fund’s sourcing, creation, and development of new biotech/medtech companies in partnership with top academic institutions and scientific founders. This senior, high‑impact position requires deep scientific expertise, an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and a robust network in the biotech or medtech innovation ecosystem.
