Join our team What will you do? • Colaborar con el jefe de cocina a organizar, dirigir y coordinar el trabajo del personal a su cargo en el área de pastelería.• Supervisar y controlar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de los utensilios, además del buen uso de maquinaria y materiales en el área de pastelería.• Controlar costes, stock, pedidos, y compras del área de pastelería.• Elaborar, junto al jefe de cocina, rueda de menús de postres, tartas, etc.• Responsabilizarse de los procesos operativos de pastelería.• Responsabilizarse de garantizar la elaboración, calidad y presentación del buffet en base a los estándares marcados por la compañía y en eventos, banquetes, etc.• Encargarse del mantenimiento de la normativa en higiene y manipulación de alimentos en el área de pastelería.• Adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a la pastelería, repostería, bollería.What are we looking for? • Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Dirección de Cocina y/o Pastelería.• Experiencia: al menos 2 años en puesto similar.• Idiomas: inglés alto.• Se valorarán conocimientos en: Office (a nivel usuario).• Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.• Con dotes de liderazgo y experiencia en la gestión de equipos.• Flexible, dinámico/a, motivador/a.• Capacidad de planificación y organización y creatividad.• Resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.Your benefits: *You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible, collaborative, and responsible work environment, surrounded by the best colleagues. * Why limit yourself to one location when you can move between countries and work in different areas of the company?
