Service Delivery Specialist

Role overviewWe're looking for a full-time Service Delivery Specialist to provide the best customer experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed our customer demands. You will be joining the Product and Customer Success team, working hand in hand with Product Owners, Customer Success Managers and Software Engineers.As a Service Delivery Specialist you will provide high-performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary.Your ChallengeAssist in the management of all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensure all product/technical, quality, and business targets are metCarry out daily project-related activitie,s including software configuration, maintenance of project plans, and coordination with teams across the business.Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirementsIdentifying, analyzing, and addressing project risks and business outcomes, while regularly sharing lessons learned.Establish and maintain weekly reporting, by setting up regular internal and external team meetings, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior managementBuilding strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Provide support in other internal tasks such as reporting, internal workshops, etc.Must-havesBachelor's or Master’s degree (B.
