We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Global Supply Chain Practice , supporting the development of global consulting offerings, business development, and project delivery in manufacturing and supply chain management. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, working closely with clients to design and implement innovative solutions that drive operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of work experience in supply chain management or manufacturing environments. Strong communication and presentation skills. Business‑proficient in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus. Solid business acumen and a problem‑solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive, goal‑oriented, and collaborative. Key Responsibilities Business Development Contribute to the creation of global consulting offerings and methodologies. Develop proposals for new clients and opportunities, defining requirements, approach, and strategy. Support pre‑sales activities and client presentations. Project Management Facilitate and lead client workshops and meetings. Analyze supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities. Monitor project progress, set milestones, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. Establish priorities and ensure alignment across departments.
