Job Description Join the Sales team, a business unit of roughly 30 people, and work with the Supply, Customer Care, and Finance Operations teams. Take care of our Spanish and international clients, understanding their needs and advising them to help secure their perfect boat. Maximize the conversion rate by applying sales strategies, following clients through the booking process to closing, and providing all information related to their booking. Always look for the best matching offers for clients and negotiate the best rates with international owners. Ensure full client satisfaction, guarantee loyalty, and work on Saturdays (at least one per month) with a recuperation day off. Why Should You Join Us?
