Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to define and execute the digital sales go-to-market (GTM) strategy for North West Europe, aligned with HPE's global growth objectives. This role drives the transformation from traditional sales approaches to digitally enabled, customer-centric engagement models, identifying market opportunities across hybrid cloud, storage, compute, AI, and related hybrid cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a multi-country, multi-disciplinary team and champion data-driven, AI-powered selling motions that accelerate revenue growth and customer value. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and implement the digital sales GTM strategy and coverage for NWE, ensuring alignment with HPE's global growth objectives. Lead transformation from traditional sales methods to digitally enabled, customer-centric engagement models. Identify and prioritize market opportunities across hybrid cloud, storage, compute, AI, and hybrid cloud solutions; translate insights into actionable plans and investments. Sales Execution & Performance Own digital sales order targets for the region and drive consistent attainment or overachievement.
