Developer Relations Lead

Role Overview As the Developer Relations Lead, you will connect with, inspire, and educate developers willing to build on the GenLayer platform. Your main goal will be to create, nurture and expand a network of enthusiastic developers with passion for building solutions leveraging the potential of GenLayer. This role includes developing and executing strategies to grow our developer community, overseeing the development of technical educational materials, managing the developer journey, hosting external events including hackathons, forging external partnerships, and enhancing communication channels and capturing developer insights.Key Responsibilities Own the developer journey from website to documentation to tools and building.Organize and lead external hackathons and developer meetupsEnhance and manage developer communication channelsProduce technical content including: tutorials, demosCreate and lead a global team of ambassadors, developer advocates and technical educatorsDevelop and execute strategies to increase developer engagement with the GenLayer platformCapture, analyze, and share relevant developer insightsRequirements 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Technical Community Management, or similar rolesTechnical proficiency in programming languages, blockchain technology and cryptoExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytical and data-driven approach to community buildingProven ability to handle complex community situations with empathy and tactObsessed with delivering the best developer user experienceProactive, self-starter who is comfortable with the autonomy of working in a remote settingStrong curiosity and passion for AI, crypto and web3-specific topicsTrack-record in developing educational materials for technical audiencesRobust personal network of developer communities including at universities and academic institutionsBenefits Total rewards package including competitive salary, equity package, and benefitsFlexible and remote work environmentOpportunity to build the marketing function for a VC-backed start-up at the intersection of blockchain and AIProfessional development and growth opportunitiesBe a part of a dynamic and innovative team that is shaping the future of decentralized applicationsJoin GenLayer Labs and be a part of a team that is pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI and blockchain technology.#J-18808-Ljbffr
