Hello Factorial is on the lookout for a Sales Manager for Small Accounts who thinks like a strategist and executes like a machine. Reporting directly to the Head of New Products , you will be responsible for leading our most volume-heavy segment. This isn't a traditional management role. Managing thousands of small accounts is a complex puzzle that requires a mix of high-level strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a deep obsession with data. You will be the architect of a scalable engine that turns a high-volume portfolio into a predictable revenue stream. What You’ll Do 1. Lead & Build an International Engine Global Leadership: Lead and scale a growing international team (expanding from 5 to 9 people by year-end) operating across 8 diverse markets : Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Germany, UK, Latam, and Brazil. Structure & Scale: You will lead a Team Lead who will report directly to you. You will own the hiring strategy to identify and onboard top-tier talent to complete this world-class squad. Grit & Motivation: The Small Accounts segment demands a unique level of intensity; it is a high-velocity environment where maintaining surgical precision across a massive volume of clients is the ultimate challenge. You must be the "coach" who keeps the team hungry, motivated, and focused. 2. Operational Obsession & Rituals Strict Execution: We believe in rituals. You will implement and enforce high-standard methodologies and workflows to ensure the team operates with surgical precision. Process Discipline: You don't just suggest workflows; you ensure they are followed to the letter, identifying gaps and fixing them before they become problems. 3. Data-to-Action Strategy Daily KPI Mastery: You will live in the data. On a daily basis, you’ll analyze New MRR, ARPU, Conversion Rate, Opportunity Generation, and Product Sales Quality. Rapid Adaptation: You are a master at data interpretation, capable of distilling complex dashboards into immediate tactical maneuvers. If the data moves, you move the team. 4. Scalable Upsell & Value Strategy Revenue Growth: This is your team's core objective. You will drive upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize the value of our existing customer base by introducing them to new products. Strategic Automation: You will find the most efficient ways to continue automating administrative tasks, ensuring that while we grow revenue, we are also streamlining the day-to-day operations for HR professionals. Experimentation: You will lead A/B testing on new ways of working—from optimizing automated sequences to refining the self-upsell journey. What We’re Looking For The International Leader: Proven experience managing international sales teams in high-volume environments (Call Center, Inside Sales, or Scaled Growth/CS). The "Ops" Mindset: Extensive experience with sales sequences, automated workflows, and managing high-volume outreach with "mass personalization." Deep understanding of automation tools, CRM workflows, lifecycle engagement, and scalable CS models. Experience building and leading small, high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
