Immigration Lawyer - Spain At Roots Global, we’re rethinking the way immigration services are delivered. Every day, we support expats, entrepreneurs and families to build their futures in Portugal, Spain and Greece with clarity, professionalism and care. We are now looking for an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our legal team in Spain, working closely with our Head of Legal and Global Mobility Manager. Advise international clients on Spanish visas, residence permits, family reunification and citizenship. Conduct assessment meetings to identify the most suitable visa or residence strategy for each case. Review and check documentation, ensuring authenticity, accuracy and compliance with Spanish immigration law. Work with digital immigration platforms and internal case management tools to handle a high volume of processes efficiently. Hold document review sessions with clients, providing clear guidance on corrections or missing requirements. Draft, prepare and submit applications to extranjería, consulates and online platforms. Work alongside the Head of Legal and Global Mobility Manager, contributing ideas and helping improve internal processes. Spanish-qualified lawyer or  Experto en extranjería  with solid experience Fluency in English (C1/C2); Strong legal drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills. A professional with a client-first mindset, capable of simplifying complex legal issues into clear advice. Career development, mentoring and continuous learning.
