About the job French-speaking Content Review Analyst Job Title: French-speaking Content Review Analyst Location: Barcelona, SpainWork Type: Hybrid / OnsiteEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role: We are looking for a French-speaking Content Review Analyst to join our team in Barcelona . As a Content Review Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our platform’s community guidelines, standards, and legal requirements. You will play an essential role in maintaining the safety and quality of the content on the platform while providing a positive user experience.This position offers a flexible hybrid work model , allowing you to work both onsite and remotely , giving you the freedom to choose the working style that best suits you.Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze French-language content (text, images, videos, etc.) to ensure compliance with platform guidelinesEnforce platform policies, identifying content that violates community standards, including offensive, inappropriate, or harmful contentEvaluate and moderate a wide range of content types across various platforms and channelsEnsure accurate documentation of flagged content, including detailed descriptions and reasons for removalInvestigate and address reported issues, such as abuse, harassment, hate speech, and inappropriate contentProvide feedback on recurring content issues, trends, or potential platform improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Trust & Safety, Customer Support) to address user concerns and enhance platform policiesParticipate in the development of content review guidelines and internal best practicesStay up to date with legal and regulatory changes that could impact content moderation policies and practicesAssist in training new team members and provide ongoing guidance to improve content review accuracy and efficiencyWhat You Bring: Fluent in French (spoken and written)Good command of English (spoken and written)Previous experience in content review , content moderation , or similar roles is preferredStrong attention to detail and the ability to assess content objectivelyFamiliarity with community guidelines , online safety , and legal complianceAbility to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality standardsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExperience with content management or moderation tools (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms)Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionallyProactive and adaptable with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesHealth insurance, meal allowance, and other employee benefitsModern office space in Barcelona , located centrally with great access to public transportCareer growth opportunities and internal mobilityComprehensive training and continuous learning programsA friendly, multicultural, and inclusive team environmentRelocation assistance (if applicable)Working Hours: Full-time: 40 hours/weekRotating shifts may be required depending on business needs (e.g., evenings, weekends, or holidays)#J-18808-Ljbffr
