Are you a payroll professional looking to take the next step in an international, multi-country environment?This is an exciting opportunity to join a global payroll function where accuracy, collaboration and continuous improvement are truly valued.You will be part of a lean and highly skilled HR structure, supporting payroll operations across Europe and Africa, working closely with HR stakeholders and external vendors in a dynamic, international context.Your RolePayroll Specialist you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payrolls for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a high level of service to employees and stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include:End-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries (monthly payrolls, deductions, benefits, taxes and overtime)Ensuring compliance with local payroll, tax and labour regulationsCoordinating with external payroll vendors to guarantee accurate and timely payroll deliveryReviewing and validating time and attendance dataProcessing expatriate shadow payrolls and third‑party relocation entriesResponding to employee payroll‑related queries in a professional and timely mannerMaintaining payroll documentation in line with internal policiesSupporting internal and external auditsParticipating in payroll process improvements and change initiativesManaging payroll‑related benefits with local and global vendors (pension plans, meal allowance, health insurance, vacation tracking, etc.)Supporting ad‑hoc projects in collaboration with HR and payroll leadershipWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, Labour Relations or similarAbout 5 years of experience in centralized payroll processing, ideally in a multi‑country environmentStrong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations and complianceExperience working with international payroll vendors (e.g. ADP, SD Worx or similar)Advanced English written and spokenAdvanced German is requiredExperience with HRIS systems (Oracle is a plus)Highly detail‑oriented, analytical and organised profileAbility to manage multiple payrolls and deadlinesCollaborative mindset and willingness to support and share knowledgeGenuine interest in payroll, data and technologyWhat’s On OfferPermanent positionHybrid working model (currently 1 day per week on‑site)Flexible working hoursStart: 8:00–10:00 amFinish: 5:00–7:00 pm1‑hour lunch break25 days of annual leavenational and local public holidaysInternational environment with multi‑country exposureCompetitive compensation package:Level 650,000 gross / year + benefitsLevel 545,000 gross / year + benefitsBenefits package including health insurance, life insurance, pension plan, meal allowance, home‑office support and wellness initiativesCollaborative culture with a strong focus on work‑life balanceInterested?
