Join a Global Leader in Workforce SolutionsPeople 2.0 is a top-tier Employer of Record (EOR) and Agent of Record (AOR) provider that empowers businesses and independent contractors worldwide.With a vast global presence, we operate in over 40 countries across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, serving two core client channels:Market Makers in talentIndependent ContractorsWe are now offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our EMEA Payroll and Billing Team.What Will You Be Doing as a Payroll Specialist?Request payments for independent contractors accurately and on time.Manage salary updates in Microsoft D365.Validate independent contractor invoices, including hours and rates.Handle payroll-related invoice reconciliation issues such as tax, insurance, leave, and pension.Provide excellent support to internal and external customers on payroll, billing, and wage matters.Learn and use VMS and MSP systems to ensure accurate invoicing.Maintain up-to-date systems and ensure compliance with payroll and invoicing laws and client contract terms.Audit and reconcile reverse People 2.0 invoices with VMS and support month-end closing and other finance/admin tasks as needed.What experience are we looking for?Essential experience:Fluency in EnglishSpanish payroll experienceMinimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll/HR, billing administration or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).A high level of attention to detail.Professional and engaging, with solid organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.VMS knowledge (e.g. Wand, Fieldglass, Beeline etc.)Desirable experience:Certification in Payroll AdministrationProficiency in payroll software/systemsNext StepsIf you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, please apply with your CV, highlighting your relevant skills in relation to the above criteria.Regardless of the outcome of your application, all candidates will be contacted, and we aim to do this within 3 working days.
