Customer Description The customer is a global mobility and service platform operating a peer‑to‑peer pricing model where end users and service providers negotiate and agree on prices directly. The platform focuses on transparency, fair pricing, and social impact while delivering multiple mobility‑related services in various markets worldwide.Project Description The project is focused on ride‑hailing and courier delivery services built as two‑sided marketplaces connecting clients with service providers. It includes service platforms that support data‑driven product development and continuous experimentation in a production environment.Project Phase ProductionProject Team Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, Product Analyst, Backend DeveloperSoft SkillsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence product decisionsAbility to work cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, and engineersProactive mindset and ownership of analytical initiativesHard Skills / Must Have3+ years of experience as a Product AnalystStrong expertise in product metrics and funnel analysisExperience building and evolving product metrics systemsProficiency in Python and data analysis librariesExcellent SQL skills including complex queries, optimization, and analytical data martsExperience with BI and data visualization toolsExperience running A/B tests and product experimentsAbility to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insightsRussian language is a mustResponsibilities and TasksAnalyze user behavior and identify product growth opportunitiesDefine, build, and maintain product metrics and funnelsDesign, run, and analyze product experimentsConduct product research to support data‑driven decisionsBuild dashboards and reports for product and business stakeholdersCollaborate closely with product management, design, and engineering teamsTechnology Stack Python, SQL, BI toolsEnglish Intermediate or higherLocation EU RemoteReady to Join?
