As our Head of Brand Partnerships for Spain & Portugal, based in our Madrid headquarters, you will grow brand partnerships across Iberia, building long‐term relationships with top brands, media agencies, and strategic partners. You will report to the Global Head of Brand Partnerships and collaborate closely with global functions (Media, Strategy, Creative Solutions, Production, Finance, Data & Insights, Legal, Marketing, Operations) to develop and execute scalable partnership opportunities. Success in This Role Looks Like Closing high‐value sponsorships and media partnerships with leading brands. Securing multi‐year partnerships for major Originals and premium events. Elevating the company's position as the premier experiential‐media platform in Iberia. Building robust, insight‐driven sales strategies and exceeding revenue goals. Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities that drive year‐over‐year growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain senior decision‐maker relationships across brands, agencies, and sponsorship consultancies. Proactively secure and negotiate partnerships leveraging media, experiential, and data capabilities. Lead Iberian revenue targets, forecast pipeline health and conversion rates. Collaborate internally to create and execute high‐impact branded activations, media packages, and content integrations. Analyze market trends and audience insights to craft tailored commercial strategies. Represent Spain & Portugal in global strategy alignment, ensuring local insights influence cross‐market offerings. Lead client meetings, negotiations, and presentations with confidence and strategic insight. Mentor and develop a high‐performing Brand Partnerships team in Iberia. Track and report on performance metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous optimization. About You Experience & Expertise 15+ years in partnerships, media sales, sponsorship, or experiential marketing. Proven track record of securing scaled partnership deals with top‐tier brands and agencies. Strong network across the Spanish and Portuguese brand and agency ecosystems. Skills & Abilities Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Experience leading commercial teams in fast‐paced, high‐growth environments. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure win‐win partnerships. Data‐driven mindset, comfortable using insights for strategy and storytelling.
