Are you passionate and knowledgeable about sport? As the **Head of Partnerships** for Spain, you will lead the strategic development, negotiation, and management of key partnerships that are critical to driving the growth and expansion of our business within the region. Your primary focus will be on forging and nurturing relationships with consumer electronics manufacturers, cable companies, ISPs, Telcos, and other strategic digital distribution partners.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying high-potential partners, leading negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements, and ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of these partnerships to maximize growth and customer engagement. As a senior leader, you will be instrumental in shaping the company’s partnership strategy, overseeing the successful delivery of partnership initiatives, and delivering measurable impact on the overall business performance in Spain.

**As our new Head of Partnerships, you’ll have the opportunity to**:

- Lead the development and execution of the partnership strategy to align with the product vision and roadmap, driving long-term business growth in Spain.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact partnership opportunities with consumer electronics manufacturers, Telcos, media partners, and publishers in Spain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, legal, and technical) to define and structure key partnership terms, ensuring alignment across all areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business development teams, leveraging existing connections to present a cohesive and unified partnership strategy.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports to the Senior Management team, offering insights into partnership progress, performance, and challenges.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of business reviews, assessing the effectiveness and impact of partnerships, and recommending actions for improvement.

**You'll have**:
**DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?**:

- Senior profile with at least 10 years of business/partnership development and partner marketing, with a focus on driving strategic growth.
- Deep industry knowledge on experience within the cable, ISP, consumer electronics, mobile, and media sectors.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of developing and executing sector strategies while engaging and managing key partners directly.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and closing high-impact, successful partnerships that drive business outcomes.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decisions and optimize partnership performance.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts, trade-offs, and innovative opportunities with technical teams and partners, ensuring alignment and value creation.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral).

**NOT ESSENTIAL BUT GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE**:
