We're looking for a Tech Lead – High-Voltage Power Electronics to drive the development of 6kV / 60W DC/DC converters, coordinate R&D with universities, and own the technical roadmap. Tasks Key responsibilities: Lead design and optimization of high-voltage power converters. Coordinate with research groups and external collaborators. Oversee prototype validation and EMC compliance testing. Requirements Ideal candidate: 8+ years in hardware, PCB design, and assembly. 3+ years in power electronics (DC/DC). Strategic thinker, autonomous, and innovation-obsessed.
