Danish Junior Campaign Specialist - Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain)Location:Barcelona, SpainContract:Full-time, PermanentSalary:€23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 gross/year in bonusWorking Model:HybridHours:39 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Purpose of the Role:As a Danish Junior Campaign Specialist, you will work closely with a portfolio of new clients, assisting them in launching and developing their online advertising campaigns. Your role involves being a trusted consultant, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. This target-driven role requires collaboration within a larger onboarding team while working towards individual goals.Key Responsibilities:Serve as atrusted consultantto onboard and developPPC campaigns .Identifyand comprehend the customer’s needs and marketing objectives.Increase campaign spendthrough upselling and promoting sustainable advertising solutions.Handle high volumesof potential clients daily, primarily through phone calls.Requirements:Education:BA/BS degree (or equivalent).A Master’s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.Skills and Experience:1-2 years ofsalesand/oronline advertisingexperience.Strong drive to exceed performance targets inproductivity, customer satisfaction, andcompliance .Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch over the phone and write compelling proposals.Effectivetime managementand organizational skills.Stronganalytical abilitiesfor evaluating campaign performance.Client-focused, with an interest incustomer interactionandownership of business outcomes .Able to thrive in ateam-oriented, fast-pacedenvironment.Fluency in Danish (C2 level)andhigh proficiency in English .Benefits:Full-time (39h/week):Monday to Friday.Hybrid work model(in Barcelona).Permanent contract .Relocation supportprovided.Comprehensivetraining program(2-3 weeks) on product knowledge and sales techniques.Competitive salary:€23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 gross/year in bonus .Work for theworld#39;s largest provider of contact center services .Enjoy anexcellent work environmentwith supportive colleagues, engaging social activities, and opportunities forpersonal development .Office locationsurrounded by the sea in a beautiful part of Barcelona.This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for client interaction and digital marketing to develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
