Junior Campaign Specialist in Danish

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Campaign Specialist to contribute to our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping new clients establish their first online advertising campaigns, contributing to their business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted consultant for clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns.
• Identify and understand customer needs and objectives.
• Increase client spending, upsell services, and ensure sustainability.
• Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone calls.

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong motivation to meet or exceed productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and writing proposal.
• Good time management skills to organize daily tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Client-focused mindset with a passion for customer interaction and business ownership.
• Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Native level of Danish and a high level of English.

What We Offer:
• Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
• Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
• Salary: €23,875 gross/year + potential bonus up to €3,408 gross/year.
• Permanent contract.
• Relocation package includes: flight ticket, taxi from the airport to your new accommodation, nice single studio accommodation, support with private health insurance, 3 weeks of intensive introduction and sales training.
