We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER – TECHNICAL ONBOARDINGS & INTEGRATIONS , a key figure in our mission to make energy storage management smarter, more efficient, and scalable.Your Mission From the moment a client chooses our technology, you will be the person ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will lead the technical onboarding and integration process, making sure every implementation is frictionless and that both hardware and software systems fit perfectly. You will act as the bridge between multidisciplinary teams —sales, engineering, product development, and support—ensuring that the client’s transition is seamless, effective, and fully aligned with their needs.You won’t just coordinate projects—you will lead them . You will work closely with our teams to define technical scopes, manage resources, and anticipate challenges, guaranteeing that every integration meets the highest standards of quality . Moreover, your role will be crucial in customer satisfaction , turning every challenge into an opportunity to refine our processes and deliver even more innovative solutions .What will your day-to-day look like? Design and execute strategies for the technical integration of new clients.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely implementations.Solve technical challenges proactively, ensuring that each system adapts perfectly to the client’s needs.Supervise resource planning, optimizing time and ensuring operational efficiency.Act as the link between technology and business, making sure strategic decisions translate into viable technical solutions.Contribute to the product roadmap, bringing insight into integration needs and challenges.Who are you? Someone who understands both technical aspects and business dynamics and knows how to turn ideas into real, scalable solutions .If you are a natural leader , with an analytical mindset and a passion for renewable energy and innovation , this is your place. ?What should you bring Mandatory Requirements ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related field (Telecommunications, Software Engineering).✅ English C1 level (essential, as your daily work will be in English).✅ At least 3 years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or technical integrations , preferably in a B2B setting .✅ Experience managing technical projects with cross-functional teams.✅ Ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.✅ At least 3 years of experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Iterations for continuous product development and improvement.✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.✅ Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com or similar.Valuable (Nice-to-Have) Requirements ➕ Proficiency in Spanish, German, or Italian is a bonus.➕ Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or industrial IoT is a strong plus.➕ Knowledge of SCADA systems, antennas, industrial automation, Raspberry Pi, IoT sensors , or other relevant technical elements is preferred.➕ Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.➕ Knowledge of SaaS products is preferred.➕ Customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.➕ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.What does the client offer you?
