We are proud to have a wonderful and diverse community of teachers all over the world.About the RoleFor our school in SANTANDER we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team. As Academic Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the academic quality of our school and supporting both teachers and students.ResponsibilitiesFollowing up and guiding teachers in class preparation, lesson delivery, and student evaluation.Supporting teachers in planning and executing Kids&Us academic events and activities.Monitoring and evaluating students’ progress (attendance, performance, grades, reports, meetings with families, etc.).Conducting formal evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.Providing continuous training and coaching to ensure excellence in teaching and alignment with the Kids&Us methodology.Coordinating academic schedules, group organization, and teacher assignments in collaboration with school management.Acting as a communication bridge between teachers, families, school management, and Kids&Us central office.RequirementsAdvanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).Experience in educational environments (language schools, schools, academies, or similar).Preferably previous experience managing teams.Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and support colleagues.Advanced digital and IT skills, including proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, children, and families.Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with problem‑solving skills.Must hold a Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record (as required in Spain).What We OfferFull‑time position with a stable contract (fixed‑term or permanent).A stimulating, young, and supportive work environment.Continuous training and development through Kids&Us.The opportunity to make a real impact on children’s education and teachers’ professional growth.Immediate start.If Kids&Us sounds like the kind of school you would like to be a part of, we would love to hear from youKids&Us embraces diversity and is committed to attracting qualified candidates who also embrace and value diversity and inclusivity.
