For our school in **SANTANDER** we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team

**As Academic Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the academic quality of our school and supporting both teachers and students. Your responsibilities will include**:

- Following up and guiding your teachers in class preparation, lesson delivery, and student evaluation.
- Supporting teachers in planning and executing Kids&Us academic events and activities.
- Monitoring and evaluating students’ progress (attendance, performance, grades, reports, meetings with families, etc.).
- Conducting formal evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
- Providing continuous training and coaching to ensure excellence in teaching and alignment with the Kids&Us methodology.
- Coordinating academic schedules, group organization, and teacher assignments in collaboration with school management.
- Acting as a communication bridge between teachers, families, school management, and Kids&Us central office.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
- Experience in educational environments (language schools, schools, academies, or similar).
- Preferably previous experience managing teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and support colleagues.
- Advanced digital and IT skills, including proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, children, and families.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with problem-solving skills.
- Must hold a Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record (as required in Spain).
