For our growing team, we are looking for motivated and experienced employees to expand our portfolio in the area of ServiceNow implementation. Your mission: Develop and design customised ServiceNow architectures for complex business requirements Lead customer workshops to capture requirements and design strategic IT solutions Provide technical leadership in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions in large projects, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM and other modules Advise and support customers in optimising their ServiceNow instance and defining best practices Monitoring and ensuring the scalability, performance and stability of the ServiceNow platform Creating technical documentation and solution architectures Coaching and mentoring implementation teams and junior architects Integrating third-party systems into the ServiceNow platform using REST/SOAP APIs Your profile: Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), with proven experience in implementing ServiceNow projects In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and other ServiceNow modules Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (ITIL certification an advantage) Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in ServiceNow projects Expertise in developing scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) and customising business rules and workflows Experience in the architecture and integration of cloud solutions and third-party systems Strong skills in requirements analysis, problem solving and strategic planning Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English Ability to work independently and take responsibility as an external service provider or freelancer Why teamative ? work on attractive international and local projects internal and external training home-office use of English and German support for training in German and English pleasant professional team with a simple organisational structure work-life balance regular teambuilding activities abroad and in Slovakia the provision of extra-standard healthcare teamative is committed to creating an inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
